Is it really so hard to give your woman an orgasm? Well, many people say it is difficult but many men also swear that it is easier than you think. So, IF you know what you are doing… then that does make all the difference in the world. The REAL question is… DO YOU?

Truth be known, any healthy, loving and long lasting relationship must consider a GREAT sex life as the key ingredient. Step One:

Foreplay! If done right… women love this! And the key is “done right.” Foreplay helps the woman relax her mind and make her more focused on the love making at hand. Also, it is a terrific way to bond with her since many women associate foreplay as a man’s way of taking the time and effort to grow closer to her… that sex is not just another physical act… but an act of intimacy and love.

Keep in mind that foreplay can start hours or even days in advanced and it really, just limited by your sexual imagination. Step Two:

Think of foreplay as the primer… the next step would be oral sex. And it is a BIG step for her… Did you know that most women say oral sex is the ONLY way they can reach an orgasm? So if you both want it to be that way… then don’t resist.

And when you do go down on her… take your time… make her realize that you enjoy it. Show her that you really, really enjoy and love her by lavishing her genitals with your complete and undivided attention. And most of all, enjoy yourself too!

What happens if the clitoral stimulation hasn’t brought on an orgasm yet? Well, it is time to bring in the big guns and try a G-Spot stimulation! Assuming what you have done up to now has made her hot and wet… slowly insert your index and middle finger inside her womanhood… palms up.

Now once you are inside of her, position your fingers to the 11 O’Clock direction. Slowly try and locate a small bump or swelling (like an engorged clitoris). Once you find this special spot, congratulations! You have found it… the elusive g-spot!
