The Red Robins Are All Gone…
I just noticed that I don’t see the Red Robins hunting for worms on the back lawn anymore…
But they have been replaced by tiny, colored birds. (Not hummingbirds though).
In fact, as I was reading a good fiction book yesterday afternoon… a tiny yellow bird flew over and perched over the edge of my umbrella.
Naturally, I froze so I wouldn’t scare it off.
And I could see the rear tail feathers of the bird above.
All of a sudden… it pooped.
It missed me but I was thinking… “Hey! People down here… take your stinkin’ business somewhere else!”
But at tender moments like this… you can’t help but think, isn’t this a wonderful world?

P.S. Fall is coming soon… time to dust off your dating skills because in my opinion… when the Holiday seasons is here… it is by far, the best time to find someone special to share your life with.
