OK. Today I’m going to talk about fat loss… the quick and dirty way to do it.

And some of you are probably thinking… what does FAT LOSS have to do with dating?

Well, a lot! It is important to put your best foot forward… and we know the first impression is the most important one.

You see, we all have seen the statistics that 76% of all American adults are either overweight or obese.

So that means 76% of the readers of this post can use the valuable information I’m going to give you today.

First of all, let’s talk about myself, I have been skinny fat most of my life. And by skinny fat… I mean my fat percentage was probably 15% or more… EVEN though I looked skinny.

And I’m a guy. Now most of those female bikini models that you see… if you look at their arms… if it doesn’t have any muscular definition… then they are probably skinny fat too.

So don’t feel put out because of those “skinny” girls… they may LOOK healthy… but they are really not!

But back to me, last July, I looked at myself in the mirror… and said, “Holy Moly! Where did THAT come from?”

I had a belly on me… and I weighed about 180 pounds. My heaviest ever. So I made a commitment to do something about it… and got the correct no-nonsense information how to clear out my blubber so I could see the definition on my abs.

And as we all know… abs are voted consistently the sexiest part of a man or woman’s body.

Oh yeah, here’s another reason why you would want to lose some extra weight… it helps… when it comes to dating an attractive member of the opposite sex. And not only that… you get more confidence in yourself… because you did something about it.

But moving on…

Abs! In order to see your abs… you HAVE to cut your body fat to single digits.

No if, and or buts about it!

And to do that… it all starts in the kitchen. And that means cut out all refined carbs from your diet. That means candy, sugars, and all grains (oats, rice, wheat, flour, desserts, ect.).

Refined carbs make your blood sugar spike. And when your blood sugar level spikes, your body floods it with insulin. And this screws up your metabolism. And all your sugars end up on your love handles.

Here’s a hint… use Quinoa as a substitute for all grains. It doesn’t spike your blood sugar and is full of protein and good fats… essential to good health. And you can just cook them like rice. Add stuff to it… I like hot sauce and chicken.

So throw out all refined carbs and don’t go to McDonald’s anymore!

I just thought you would want to know about this but the good folks at Hotwheel and Matchbox company made more money last year than those who made Fords, Chryslers and Chevys… pretty sad huh?

Oh yeah, 8.5 billions dollars down the drain. The taxpayers of the United States won’t be getting their money back from GM according to the White House. Where did it go?
