Quick and Dirty Way to Lose Body Fat to Look Great and Feel Great – Part 3


Here’s another thing to keep in mind. The biggest calorie user is your own body. Yep, your body uses up way more calories than any workouts that you do.  So if you want to lose body fat… this is what you need to keep in mind!

Pay attention here! Your diet is 90% responsible for your fat loss. The rest is your workouts. So put MORE focus on your diet! I know because I asked this question (What is the best way to lose body fat) from two of the top fat loss experts on the Internet. Vince DelMonte and Craig Ballantyne.

Instead, you should be focusing on TOTAL body workouts. This type of exercise is very effective for fat loss. And the best part? You shouldn’t have to do them more than 30 minutes… 3X a week.

And throw out the cardo workouts. It’s a bunch of b.s.! It takes too long and they don’t really do much for fat loss. And yes, you WILL see beautiful people on the stairmaster at your athletic club… but they lifted weights to get the body they have. Anyone telling you different is a big fat liar.

I didn’t stutter… to get lean and toned… you don’t need to work out more than 3 hours a week. But it has to be effective strength workouts. Not cardio workouts.

Here’s what I did… I designed a menu that has no refined carbs in it. Then I followed this fellow’s body weight workout plan to get toned. What is great about this program is that you can do all the workouts in the privacy of your own home. And it is perfect for busy people.

And I walk 20-30 minutes a day to relax my mind and get a little fresh air.

And that’s it. And now I weight about 165 pounds and my body fat is below 5%! Not too shabby for a 45 year old guy! It took about 4 months from before and after. Losing body fat shouldn’t be a foot race… it is a walk in the park.

And yeah, you should definitely see your doctor if you are out of shape or before you change your diet.

So yes, I can see my abs. It isn’t ripped like some athletic freak… but it is toned and flat. And hard. And I like feeling healthy and strong. I get compliments and people ask how I did it. And nobody believes it is that easy! Which adds to massive confusion about fat loss. To repeat, fat loss is easy to do… but difficult to implement. I won’t kid you… many of you will have problems overcoming your addiction to refined carbs. Or even doing 1 pushup… but it is a lifestyle choice…
