One Way for Overcoming Premature Ejaculation is to Focus on Your PC Muscle

Did you know that YOU have a magical muscle in your body that can totally revolutionize your sexual performance in the bedroom? It true! And do you know what it is called?

Nope… not the biceps or triceps or pecs… In fact, most guys have never heard of this muscle… and it is one of the most important muscle you have!

And besides… the ironic thing is you have been using this muscle ever since you passed puberty. And if you train this important muscle, you can have MORE control when you climax during sex and this muscle can be key to overcoming premature ejaculation.

And I was a little shocked when I read this but about 30-40% of the men in United States suffers from premature ejaculation. And the numbers go higher when you consider what percentage of men have a climax BEFORE their partners do… 75%!!

So you can see by now, if you need a little more about this secret muscle men have that can help you control WHEN you climax… it would be very valuable information… right?

So here goes… (sorry, bad pun… couldn’t resist) :)

But seriously now, when you have an orgasm, there is a muscle that involuntarily contracts… every single time you have an orgasm. It is called the PC muscle. And the full name for PC is Pubococcygeus.

First of all, don’t even ask me how to pronounce it… and second of all… just call it PC muscle… that is what everyone else does… you know all that “When in Rome, do what the Romans do.”

But basically, all we really, really want to know about the PC muscle is that it helps you gain a greater degree of control over your climaxes.

You can locate your PC muscle… this is how you can do it. Next time you gotta take a leak, tense your muscles to stop the flow. THAT is the PC muscle!!

Now that you know what I’m talking about, it is time to get used to isolating the PC muscle for overcoming premature ejaculation.

So right now (assuming that you are not at work of course), try tensing your PC muscle right now. Don’t tense any other muscle… just the PC muscle. So don’t tense your butt or your legs. Now hold your PC muscle tense for about 2 seconds. And then relax it. Congrats! You just performed 1 Kegel. A Kegel is each time you exercise your PC muscle as I just described to you.

And yes, a Kegel is a word. I looked it up… but I don’t think you should use it in Scrabble. It might fall under TMI (Too Much Information).

But back to the post…

I want you to do these Kegels regularely as a way to strengthen your PC muscle. As you get stronger and better at controling your PC muscle… you are going to find yourself getting better at holding back your stimulation level when making love to your woman.

I’m going to give you a little homework right now.

Start as soon as you can… 20 Kegels. Like I described above, tense your PC muscle as hard as you can for 2 seconds. Then relax. Wait a few seconds and repeat.

And your PC muscle might be a little tired after 20 reps but hey… no pain, no gain. Right? Well, there shouldn’t be any pain, but your PC muscle may be a little tired.

After doing 20 Kegels… I want you to take a five minute break. Now you are going to do 5 Kegels but this time, tense your PC muscle for 5 seconds and then relax.

After doing this basic PC muscle workout for a couple of weeks, you are going to notice a difference in your performance in the bedroom. Your erection will feel harder and your ability to control your climaxes will be much more stronger.

Now you can continue to do this PC muscle workout or develop your own program. You can try more advanced routines by adding more reps and tensing your PC muscle longer for each Kegel.
