Relationship Self Help Therapy You Can Do Yourself Part 2
In this next blog post about relationship self help, I want to tell you that you CAN do this yourself… even if your partner wants nothing to do with improving the relationship. And you know what? Most of us are do-it-yourself kind of people. We like to read up and figure things out ourselves.
And relationships are not rocket science… well, most of the time.
It is figgeraboutable. But you need to have the right information to do that. So be sure to go to your favorite bookstore or even the online bookstores and find the exact book that will help you out.
And the first thing you need to do is maintain a positive frame of mind about this whole thing. Relationships by and large have its rocky moments. And many of them do pull out of harm’s way.
But you need to think of yourself as number one. So be sure to take care of yourself and keep your self esteem intact. After doing this check… then you should try to remind yourself why you fell for your partner the first place and remind your partner why they fell for you too.
There is a reason why you both choose each other… so you should write a list… spend time together trying to reconnect and find yourselves again.
Relationships are wonderful when everything is working right… and the reason being is that you know you have someone that cares about you when you are having a crappy day at work… or someone that is close to you passed away.
Isn’t it great to have someone to hug and hold when you feel lonely, sad or afraid?
Sure, you do. I’ll talk to you later,
John
